They need support for a real estate business and a business magazine. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have good communication skills in French.

Description:
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 to 5
Requirements:
- Scheduling and coordinating events
- Bookkeeping( accounts payables/ receivables, expense reports, monthly budget
- Preparing and editing documents
- Adjusting priorities based on client needs
- Interacting with clients, follow-ups, making phone calls
- Market research on the Internet
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Updating Facebook and Linkedin and other web-based applications
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 to 5
Requirements:
- Must have a degree in secretary or any other related field
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and multi-task
- High standard of accuracy, attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; relationship-builder
- Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in Word, Excel
- Experience with Simply accounting or other accounting softwares(helpful)
