Junior Secretary with accounting experience

Our client is recruiting an individual to handle administrative duties as well as focus on basic accounting.

They need support for a real estate business and a business magazine. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have good communication skills in French.

You are multitasking person and a fast learner we would like to meet you.
Description:

  • Scheduling and coordinating  events
  • Bookkeeping( accounts payables/ receivables, expense reports, monthly budget
  • Preparing and editing  documents
  • Adjusting priorities based on client needs
  • Interacting with clients, follow-ups, making phone calls
  • Market research on the Internet
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Updating Facebook and Linkedin and other web-based applications

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 to 5

Requirements:

  • Must have a degree in secretary or any other related field
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and multi-task
  • High standard of accuracy, attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; relationship-builder
  • Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in Word, Excel
  • Experience with Simply accounting or other accounting softwares(helpful)
