Privacy and Data Protection Policy
The personal information that we ask you to share is essential to our being able to provide services that best meet your needs. We collect only the personal information that is necessary to offer the service requested.
Personal information cannot - and will not be used or shared for purposes other than those for which they where requested unless you consent or the law allows it. Personal information will be kept only as long as is needed to provide the service.
Your consent will be obtained before your personal information is gathered, used or shared, except according to provisions in the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector, L.R.Q., chapter P-39.1.
Personal information may be used:
- To determine eligibility for services;
- To process clients' applications, provide needed information and the delivery of requested services;
- To understand and assess clients' ongoing needs and adapt services to meet those needs;
- For billing and accounting purposes related to our services;
- For communicating with clients, client services and managing their files;
- For claims administration;
- For internal, external and regulatory audit purposes;
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and
- To share and exchange reports and information with credit reporting agencies, credit bureaus, and any other person, corporation, firm or enterprise to verify the accuracy of personal information
