Pay and timesheet

Your timesheet must be signed by the supervisor of the workplace where you have been assigned at the end of each week, on Friday at 5 p.m., and sent to us by Monday at 10 a.m. in order for your pay to be deposited into your bank account each Thursday. In the case where a timesheet is submitted late, it will automatically be processed the following week.

It is very important that you send in your timesheet each week by Monday at 10 a.m. in order for your pay to be deposited into your account every Thursday.

Contact information changes

If there is a change in your contact information, whether in your address, your phone number or your email address, you can make the changes yourself by directly accessing your account. If you need assistance, or if there are changes to your bank information, please mention it to your consultant, by phone or via email.


In accordance with the Labour Standards Act, the entitlement to vacation is acquired during the period which extends from May 1st to April 30th, the length of which is established based on the employee’s period of uninterrupted service. Statutory holidays

The majority of Quebec employees are entitled to an indemnity and a compensatory leave for every statutory holiday mentioned below. The indemnity is equal to one-twentieth of the wages earned during the four complete weeks of pay preceding the week of the holiday, excluding overtime.

As required by the Commission des normes du travail, statutory holidays are as follows:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1st)
  • Good Friday or Easter Monday, at the employer’s choice
  • Victoria Day (Monday preceding May 25th)
  • National Holiday (June 24th)
  • Canada Day (July 1st)
  • Labour Day (First Monday of September)
  • Thanksgiving (Second Monday of October)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

Documents required to file income tax returns

Your Relevé 1 and T4 slips will be emailed to you on the last day of the month of February. Should you not receive your documents by mid-March, please notify your talent acquisition consultant, who will conduct the necessary verifications.

Record of Employment

If you have just completed your mandate, and you would like to apply for employment insurance benefits, first you will have to obtain a Record of Employment. Records of Employment are only transmitted upon demand, and in order to receive one, you must send us an email at
