Pay and Timesheet

Your timesheet must be accurate and signed by your workplace supervisor at the end of each week, no later than Friday at 5 p.m. The signed timesheet must then be submitted to us by Monday at 10 a.m. in order to ensure your pay is deposited into your bank account each Thursday. In the event of a late submission, your pay will be processed the following week.

It is very important that you submit your timesheet by Monday at 10 a.m. every week in order for your pay to be deposited into your bank account each Thursday.

Contact Information Changes

If there are any changes to your address, phone number, or email address, you can make the changes directly through your account. If you need assistance, or if there are changes to your bank information, please advise your talent consultant by phone or email.

Vacation

In accordance with the Labour Standards Act, an employee’s eligibility for vacation time accrues over the annual period from May 1st to April 30th, and is determined based on the employee’s period of uninterrupted service. Statutory Holidays

In accordance with Quebec labor laws, the majority of employees are entitled to an indemnity and compensatory leave for the designated statutory holidays listed below. The indemnity is equal to one-twentieth of the wages earned during the preceding four complete weeks of pay, excluding overtime, leading up to the week of the holiday.

As required by the Commission des normes du travail, the statutory holidays are as follows:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1st)
  • Good Friday or Easter Monday, at the employer’s choice
  • Victoria Day (Monday preceding May 25th)
  • National Holiday (June 24th)
  • Canada Day (July 1st)
  • Labour Day (First Monday of September)
  • Thanksgiving (Second Monday of October)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)

Income Tax Return Documents

Your Relevé 1 and T4 slips will be emailed to you on the last day of February. Should you not receive your documents by mid-March, please notify your talent acquisition consultant who will ensure a prompt resolution.

Record of Employment

If you have just completed your mandate, and you would like to apply for employment insurance benefits, you will first need to obtain a Record of Employment. These records are only provided upon request and can be obtained by sending an email to avis@teleressources.com.
